Synopsis
The young Gavin watched helplessly as his mother fell into a pool of blood, the murderer seemingly being Janessa’s father. As an adult, Gavin became the ruler of a business empire. He found Janessa and forced her to become his clandestine mistress, making her atone for her father’s sins in this manner. Helpless, Janessa could only endure in silence. She became Gavin’s secretary and lover, living a cautious life. Over the days spent with Janessa, Gavin unconsciously developed genuine feelings for her. He couldn’t bear the thought of losing her, despite the immense pressure he was under. Amidst her shock, Janessa’s heart also stirred with emotion.
